Handmade Products
Because all rosaries are handmade, slight variations in color, bead placement, wire wrapping, natural materials, or overall appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted items.
I do my best to accurately photograph and describe all products, but colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow 3–7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped unless otherwise stated.
All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service within the United States only at this time.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, I am not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of my control. However, I will gladly assist customers in locating packages or filing claims when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping costs to resend.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and devotional nature of my products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work toward a resolution.
