Because my products are handmade and often created in small batches, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and devotional nature of my products, all sales are considered final.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service.
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, shipping delays and transit issues are outside of my control. However, I will gladly help customers locate packages or assist with filing postal claims when possible.
